These Terms of Service govern your use of mi-visioneye.com and mivisioneye.com, related pages and the text messaging program operated by MiVision LLC, doing business as MiVision Eye Care ("MiVision", "we", "us" or "our"). By using our website or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.
No medical advice
Content on our website and in our messages is for general information only and is not a substitute for an examination or professional medical advice. Using our website or messaging program does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

When you opt in, you may receive text messages about appointment scheduling, reminders and confirmations, pre-visit and post-visit instructions, responses to your inquiries and, only if you separately consent, marketing and promotional messages about our services, events and offers.
How to opt in
You opt in by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox or boxes on our website forms and submitting the form, or by texting us directly. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again the same way you originally opted in.

Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
